For this week's Manager Monday, we sat down with Kate Edson from MJ O'Connor's at Back Bay.

When did you start? How did you end up here?

I started in November 2015. I moved here from Killington and my old boss connected me with Dessie.

What is your favorite item on the menu?

The Southwest Salad.

What hobbies do you have?

I’m really into movies; my favorite is The Wizard of Oz.

What is your favorite part of work?

I love working with the staff here and having regulars – they don’t make my job feel like work.
